Automatic Gantry Crane Electrocoating Line
The gantry crane electrocoating line is one of the most widely used automated solutions in electrocoating production systems. This type of electrophoresis line adopts a PLC control system and uses a gantry crane as the conveying device. According to electrocoating process requirements, the production workflow can be precisely programmed. Through the human–machine interface (HMI), various parameters can be set, and manual/automatic operation modes can be switched freely. In addition, the operating parameters of the entire electrocoating line can be monitored in real time throughout the whole process.

Main advantages of the gantry crane electrocoating line include:
· Small footprint, strong adaptability, low energy consumption, and convenient installation, disassembly, and maintenance of the transmission system.
· Compact structure and flexible operation, enabling multiple electrocoating processes to be carried out simultaneously on the same electrocoating line.
· Especially suitable for automated coating of large-sized workpieces.
· Ideal for electrocoating applications involving large components such as curtain rods, stainless steel sheets, aluminum profiles, doors, and similar products on an advanced electrophoresis line.
Summary
This system can minimize the volume of the electrocoating tank, resulting in a shorter paint renewal cycle. The tank volume is less than half that of a continuous ship-type tank system. At the same time, it significantly reduces investment costs, saves factory floor space, and lowers overall energy consumption, making the electrophoresis line both economical and efficient.
