Engineering Process Layout

1. Loading Products: Place the items to be coated onto the fixture to begin work.

2. Electrostatic Dust Removal: Eliminate oils and dust introduced during the injection molding process.

3. Preheating: Apply some heat to the items to enhance color adhesion.

4. Primer Spray: Apply a base coat to cover the original plastic color to meet production color requirements.

5. Drying: Use the temperature in the IR zone of the tunnel for partial drying, preparing for the next spraying step.

6. Surface Spraying: Spray the required color on the surface.

7. Leveling and Drying: Use the tunnel for leveling and drying.

8. UV Spray Curing: Utilize UV coating matched with a UV 365nm light to instantly cure the coating at the required color dose (800-1200 mj).

Shipping and Packaging Inspection:

The coating production line process is divided into: pretreatment, powder coating, and heating curing.
