A high-temperature curing oven operates at significantly higher temperatures than a standard curing oven. The high-temperature curing ovens designed by ShengTai Painting Equipment typically feature a working temperature range of 60–240°C. They are mainly used for products such as security doors, iron doors, steel guardrails, and heavy machinery that require high-temperature curing after spray painting with powder coatings or liquid paint, making them an ideal supporting solution for a liquid coating line and related liquid coating equipment.

High-Temperature Curing Oven for Liquid Coating Applications

A high-temperature curing oven operates at significantly higher temperatures than a standard curing oven. The high-temperature curing ovens designed by ShengTai Painting Equipment typically feature a working temperature range of 60–240°C. They are mainly used for products such as security doors, iron doors, steel guardrails, and heavy machinery that require high-temperature curing after spray painting with powder coatings or liquid paint, making them an ideal supporting solution for a liquid coating line and related liquid coating equipment.

The oven panels are made of rock wool insulated fireproof boards, available in thicknesses of 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm. Color options include a white interior wall, with blue or white available for the exterior walls.

Heating methods for the high-temperature baking oven include electric heating, fuel oil heating, coal-fired heating, wood-fired heating, thermal oil heating, and gas heating.

The oven size, operating temperature, and heating method can all be customized according to customer requirements.

The equipment mainly consists of the chamber body, lighting system, air supply system, heating system, exhaust system, air purification system, paint mist and exhaust gas treatment system, anti-static system, safety protection system, and control system, providing a complete solution for industrial liquid coating equipment.

1. Chamber Body

The chamber body mainly includes the roof structure, floor grating, and safety doors. The entire frame is welded with structural steel profiles and treated for rust removal. All steel plate joints are evenly sealed with sealant.

A static pressure chamber, ceiling filters, and ceiling grilles are installed on the top, ensuring uniform air distribution and high-precision filtration. A safety door with an observation window and explosion-proof lock is installed at the front of the chamber, allowing convenient access for operators and ensuring rapid evacuation in emergency situations.

2. Interior Lighting

All lamps are sprayed with white paint, which is both aesthetically pleasing and resistant to corrosion. Explosion-proof Philips high-efficiency light sources are used, ensuring safety, energy efficiency, and easy maintenance.

Ballasts are specially designed for spray booths and manufactured in Shanghai, ensuring an illumination intensity of ≥700 Lux in each spray booth to meet coating operation requirements on all surfaces. The light boxes are connected to wall panels with angle steel and are equipped with detachable frames for easy maintenance.

3. Air Supply System

The air supply system mainly consists of fresh air filters, air supply box, supply fan, and air volume regulating valves, ensuring stable and clean airflow throughout the coating and curing process.

4. Heating System

To meet the drying and curing requirements of the chamber, a dedicated heating system is installed. It adopts combustion heating with a heat exchange efficiency of up to 85%, ensuring reliable performance for high-temperature curing in a liquid coating line.

5. Air Volume Regulating Valve

The valves are made of galvanized steel plates and are used to adjust the outlet area to control airflow volume. At the same time, these valves also function as fire dampers. When a fire alarm is triggered, the valves close automatically to prevent airflow from intensifying the fire.

6. Exhaust System

The exhaust system mainly consists of exhaust fans, exhaust air boxes, and exhaust ducts. To prevent excessive paint mist from adhering to fan blades and causing dynamic imbalance, large-blade series exhaust fans are selected. These fans offer high efficiency, low noise, non-stick paint performance, and easy disassembly and maintenance.

7. Paint Mist and Exhaust Gas Treatment System

A dry filtration method combined with glass fiber paint mist filter media is used. Imported glass fiber filter cotton is selected, featuring a loose structure that results in minimal resistance increase after paint mist adhesion. The material has a relatively large free-state thickness, ensuring high filtration efficiency.

Two layers of filter cotton are installed to further enhance filtration performance. Differential pressure gauges are equipped and interlocked with the control room for safe operation.

8. Air Purification System

Cleanliness is a critical indicator of spray booth performance and is ensured by the air purification system. The entire filtration process adopts two-stage filtration, combining primary filtration (fresh air filtration) and sub-high-efficiency filtration (ceiling filtration).

Ceiling filter materials are installed at the bottom of the static pressure chamber and supported by ceiling grilles made of high-quality C-shaped steel with special anti-rust treatment, offering excellent rigidity, corrosion resistance, and easy replacement of filter media.
