Automotive Cathodic Electrophoretic Coating Line
◆ A fully spray-based treatment process is adopted to make efficient use of the production space.
◆ Multi-stage counterflow rinsing is used after degreasing and ceramic conversion coating, which improves cleaning quality while saving water.
◆ The spray riser pipes are equipped with a two-stage pressure regulation system, ensuring more stable output from the atomizing nozzles.
◆ Quick-connect fittings are used between the spray riser pipes and the main pipelines, allowing easy installation and maintenance.
1. Production Line Process Flow:
To more effectively remove grease and conversion films from both the inner and outer surfaces of automotive steel bumpers, the pretreatment process adopts a fully spray-based treatment method. The two-stage water rinsing sections are connected in a counterflow configuration, which ensures thorough cleaning of the workpiece surfaces while reducing water consumption.
Loading → Pretreatment (full spray) → Cathodic electrophoretic coating → Post-coating recovery → E-coat baking/curing → Cooling → Unloading
2. Process Characteristics of the Production Line:
This design has been developed with comprehensive consideration of reliability, advanced technology, rational design, practicality, and economic efficiency.
