Shengtai Painting Equipment's Electrophoresis Coating System:

Shengtai (E-Coating) Painting Equipments electrophoresis coating system

Electrophoresis coating equipment, ultrafiltration equipment (UF), anode equipment, and pure water equipment. Based on advanced global industry design experience, the system can comprehensively optimize the design parameters of the electrophoresis, ultrafiltration, and water washing equipment systems according to the customer's products and actual production conditions. This enables a compact equipment layout, reasonable calculation and design of process equipment, thereby optimizing equipment selection, reducing the initial investment cost of the equipment, and significantly lowering future operating and maintenance costs.

Shengtai Painting Equipment Co., Ltd. has extensive experience in the overall design of electrophoresis systems and maintains good cooperative relationships with domestic advanced key subsidiary system suppliers to ensure the operation of the entire system.

Pretreatment products cover metal parts pretreatment systems for automotive components, hardware parts, and profile parts. The supply scope includes the following parts:

  1. The electrophoresis system is typically of the immersion type.

  2. The chamber is entirely made of stainless steel, with wall panels argon-welded after self-folding of stainless steel plates; the frame is formed by self-folding stainless steel plates.

  3. The system consists of pumps, pipes, valves, heat exchangers, filters, etc. Spray nozzles provide full coverage washing of the workpiece, ensuring no blind spots in the cleaning effect and allowing arbitrary adjustment of direction and angle. Circulation nozzles circulate the tank liquid of the immersion tank to ensure effective treatment.

  4. The ultrafiltration (UF) system is an important component of the electrophoresis system. It mainly consists of ultrafiltration membranes, pumps, and pipeline instruments, and is equipped with an independent backwash cycle.

  5. The DC power supply provided by the rectifier offers an adjustable voltage of 0-400V for the cathodic electrophoresis process of the workpiece. Two different designs can be achieved: live entry into the tank and power application after entry.

  6. The anode system is usually arranged on both sides of the tank. Depending on the workpiece, anodes can also be added at the top or bottom to meet the film thickness requirements of the electrophoretic coating.

  7. The pure water system typically provides the final rinse for the post-electrophoresis system to ensure the surface condition of the electrophoresed workpiece before it enters the drying process, thereby avoiding electrophoresis defects and issues.

  8. The air seal device effectively prevents the escape of hot air, improving the workshop environment while also reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

Please provide detailed information so that we can provide you with a more accurate solution

  • What are the Maxminum and Minimum dimensions of your workpieces (L × W × H)?
  • What is the maximum weight of each workpiece? If available, please also provide product photos.
  • How many workpieces do you plan to coat per day (based on 8 or 16 working hours) or per month?
  • Which heating source do you prefer, such as electric power, diesel, fuel oil, or natural gas?
  • What are the dimensions of your workshop (L × W × H)? If possible, could you share a layout or drawing of the facility?
  • Prior to coating, do you require spray pre-treatment to prepare and clean the product surface?
  • What voltage and frequency standards are used in your country?
