The Water Curtain Cabinet is an essential component in both liquid(wet) coating lines. It is characterized by its ability to wash residual overspray—whether from liquid coating equipment or powder—directly into the water tank or onto the water curtain surface during the spraying process. The odors and any unabsorbed particulates generated are filtered through multiple layers of the water curtain and then exhausted outside the spray booth. This crucial function serves to purify the working environment for operators of liquid coating machines, protect personnel health, and contributes to achieving a smooth finish on the painted work surface.
Maintenance Instructions:
To ensure the longevity of your liquid coating line equipment, follow these maintenance steps for the water curtain cabinet. Before operation, apply some butter to the fan blades to facilitate future cleaning of adhered paint. Upon startup, always confirm the fan is rotating correctly (forward) to ensure exhaust is expelled from the workshop. If it is in reverse, swap the three live wires on the motor. Regularly clean paint from the fan blades, taking care not to deform them, as this causes uneven rotation and reduces the fan's lifespan. Keep the tank water clean to prevent pump clogs, and never allow the pump to run dry; if it fails to draw water, cut power immediately.
