1. Robotic Spray Painting

Offline robotic spray painting precisely controls the spray path, pressure, atomization, and flow rate, ensuring uniform coverage on the workpiece surface and improving the product's appearance quality.

3.Snow Cleaning

By co-projecting snow crystals and compressed air onto the workpiece surface, contaminants are efficiently removed through the impact of snow particles and instantaneous volume expansion, effectively eliminating dust from the workpiece surface and improving the spray painting yield rate.


4.Water Wash Booth

A pump transports water from the tank to the top of the water curtain plate, where it forms a water curtain under gravity. Paint mist, guided by the fan, impacts the water curtain and fully contacts the water. Due to the adhesive nature of paint mist particles, they are captured by the water, effectively separating the paint mist from the air and reducing its dispersion in the spray booth.


5.Spray Painting Robot

The robot can be programmed to precisely control the position, angle, movement speed, and paint output of the spray gun. It operates along pre-set paths and parameters, avoiding issues like uneven coating or inconsistent thickness caused by hand tremors or fatigue in manual spraying. This results in a smoother, more uniform product finish, enhancing both the quality and aesthetics of the coating.


6.Paint Supply System

Utilizes a metering cylinder for precise flow control and a dual-component automatic mixing system. It can track paint usage in real-time, enabling accurate paint delivery and efficient utilization, thereby reducing paint waste.


7.Electrostatic Dust Removal Chamber

High-speed electrostatic ionized air released by robotic electrostatic equipment performs surface treatment on workpieces, achieving static elimination and dust removal effects. The robot's precise positioning ensures thorough treatment without any dead angles.


8.Hot Air Recirculation Curing Oven (Gas-Heated)

Employs a gas-fired hot air recirculation system with a large-area top-supply, bottom-return airflow pattern, controlling temperature variation within ±3°C. The interior is equipped with high-temperature resistant, high-efficiency filters that effectively remove impurities and particles from the air, achieving a cleanliness level of up to 1,000 class, thereby improving the product yield rate.


9.Flame Treatment

Flame treatment removes oil, grease, and other organic contaminants from surfaces to be coated. It alters the chemical structure of the material surface, increases surface energy, and enhances coating adhesion.
