To ensure the longevity of your liquid coating line equipment, follow these maintenance steps for the water curtain cabinet. Before operation, apply some butter to the fan blades to facilitate future cleaning of adhered paint. Upon startup, always confirm the fan is rotating correctly (forward) to ensure exhaust is expelled from the workshop. If it is in reverse, swap the three live wires on the motor.
