Construction and Materials

•  Modular booths are constructed from 1.5 mm or 2 mm thick DKP sheet metal.

•  Alternative materials, including painted steel (ST37), galvanized sheet, PVC, or stainless steel, are available upon request.

•  Every part is designed for disassembly and is joined using a bolted connection system.

•  Both the interior and exterior surfaces receive an electrostatic powder-coated finish.

Filtration and Powder Recovery

•  The system utilizes filters measuring 325 mm in diameter by 900 mm in length, capable of retaining particles as small as 10 microns.

•  Powder collected in the filters can be retrieved and reused, minimizing material waste.

•  A reverse-pulse cleaning mechanism prevents clogging; the cleaning process can be configured as either manual or automatic based on client specifications.

Airflow and Optional Features

•  The booth employs radial-style suction fans for air extraction.

•  An optional vibratory sieving hopper can be installed beneath the booth.

•  Custom sizing and specially fabricated components can be provided to meet specific requirements.
