A fully spray-based treatment process is adopted to make efficient use of the production space.
Multi-stage counterflow rinsing is used after degreasing and ceramic conversion coating, which improves cleaning quality while saving water.
The spray riser pipes are equipped with a two-stage pressure regulation system, ensuring more stable output from the atomizing nozzles.
Quick-connect fittings are used between the spray riser pipes and the main pipelines, allowing easy installation and maintenance.

Pretreatment Equipment and Pure Water System

The pretreatment equipment consists of 8 process stages, 8 spray systems, 8 spray solution storage tanks, 8 spray circulation pumps, and 3 heating systems.

1. Hot Water Washing Section: 1 unit

Basic requirements:

The booth body is made of 304 matte-finished stainless steel sheet; the tank uses 304 stainless steel as the inner plate with 50 mm insulation; the frame is constructed from 50 × 3 square tubing; the outer panel is δ0.8 stainless steel sheet; plug-in panel structure.


2. Pre-degreasing Section: 1 unit

Basic requirements:

The booth body is made of 304 matte-finished stainless steel sheet; the tank uses 304 stainless steel as the inner plate with 50 mm insulation; the frame is constructed from 50 × 3 square tubing; the outer panel is δ0.8 stainless steel sheet; plug-in panel structure.


3. Main Degreasing Section: 1 unit
