ShengTai Painting Equipment: Engineering Precision & Safety Compliance
Industrial Safety & Compliance Standards
Facility & Layout Requirements
Building Design: Spraying facilities should ideally be single-story. If integrated into multi-story buildings, they must occupy the top floor or the outer edge of combined workshops.
Emergency Exits: At least two unobstructed exits are required. Doors must open outward, and the maximum walking distance to the nearest exit must be less than 25 meters.
Explosion-Proof & Electrical Safety
Electrical Standards: All wiring, lighting, switches, and fans in spraying zones and chemical storage must be explosion-proof.
Gas Monitoring: Combustible gas alarms must be installed and interlocked with exhaust fans.
Dust Safety: Dust collection systems must be interlocked with processing units—if the collector stops, the entire line shuts down safely.
Occupational Health & Risk Management
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Workers must be provided with and trained to use professional gas masks (for liquid) or dust masks (for powder).
Anti-Static Measures: All conductive elements in powder systems must be properly grounded. Operators should wear conductive gloves and footwear.
Risk Awareness: Safety protocols, emergency plans, and hazard warnings must be clearly posted and practiced through regular drills.
Chemical & Powder Storage
On-Site Limits: Only the quantity required for the current shift is permitted in the active work zone.
Storage Logistics: Facilities must be dry, ventilated, and shielded from light. Chemicals must be stored on pallets (at least 15cm off the ground) with leakage containment pits and clear MSDS labeling.
Fire Prevention: Flammable and volatile materials are strictly prohibited near ovens or powder booths.
