The advantages of the large cyclone recovery system include efficient particulate matter recovery, reducing particulate matter emissions; simple structure, convenient maintenance, and easy operation; and adaptability to different spraying processes and paint types. This system is widely used in various industrial production scenarios, such as dust and powder recovery generated during powder processing, mixing, and packaging in industries like plastics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

Automatic Large Cyclone Recovery System

Equipment Advantages

1.Dust Separation: During electrostatic spraying, incomplete adhesion of paint to the sprayed surface and splattering of excess paint generate a large amount of floating particulate matter in the air. If these particles are not collected promptly, they can cause harm to the environment and health. The large cyclone recovery system uses a rotating pipe to draw airflow carrying particulate matter into a cyclone separator. The airflow rotates within the separator, and under centrifugal force, the particles are thrown against the outer wall of the separator.

2.Dust Collection: As the cyclone separator rotates, the particles fall along the outer wall and are eventually discharged from the system through a drain pipe. This process achieves highly efficient separation of particulate matter from the airflow.

3.Purified Emissions: To further purify the emitted gases, the large cyclone recovery system may also be equipped with baghouse dust collectors and purifiers. The baghouse dust collectors collect dust and exhaust gases from the spraying process through  a series of filter bags, ensuring they meet emission standards. The purifier uses materials such as activated carbon and filter cotton to adsorb and filter harmful substances, thereby achieving purified emissions.
