The accumulation conveyor chain, fully known as a power & free overhead conveyor system, is an automated solution used for material handling and storage. It mainly consists of rails, chains, carrier trolleys, a drive unit, and a control system. The chain circulates along the track, while the carrier trolleys are suspended beneath it. These trolleys can move freely, stop, or accumulate along the track according to production requirements.
In simple terms, an accumulation conveyor system works like an intelligent "rail-based bus" for materials—each "bus" (carrier trolley) transports materials and stops precisely at designated "stations" (workstations) based on pre-set routes and commands.

01 Highly Flexible Production
