How to Choose the Right Automobile Spray Booth Selecting a suitable spray booth requires considering multiple factors. 

Key considerations include:

Technical Parameters

1. Airflow & velocity: Uniform top-down airflow at 0.2–0.3 m/s ensures timely removal of paint mist.  

◦  Positive pressure design: Slightly higher intake than exhaust maintains positive pressure (>0.05–0.1) to prevent dust entry.  

◦  Heating & temperature stability: Heating from 20°C to 60°C within 10–15 minutes, with precise temperature control based on actual metal body temperature.  

◦  Air exchange rate: 5–10 times per hour to maintain air freshness and reduce odors/harmful gas buildup.


2.  Filtration System 

◦  Ceiling and floor filters: Ceiling filters (e.g., EU5, EU6, VF600G) with >95% efficiency; floor filters should absorb paint particles to minimize environmental pollution.  

◦  Filtration performance test: Use a sun lamp to inspect—fewer than 5 tiny dust particles per square meter indicates high air cleanliness.


3.  Lighting & Environment

Work gate

Size: 750 * 1900mm (width * height), aluminum alloy edge wrapped safety work door, door panel material 50mm thick flame- retardant EPS board, equipped with observation window and pressure lock. Work door color: The default color is the same as the wall panel color, and customization will incur additional fees.

Top

The top is a purification room with a height of 450mm, and the ceiling filter frame is filled with high-quality filter cotton.

Ventilation system
