An automotive paint spraying and baking booth is a specialized piece of equipment used for automotive painting and paint drying. It is widely used in automotive repair shops, 4S stores, and sheet metal painting workshops. The equipment features a fully enclosed design, integrating painting, leveling, and baking into one unit, providing a clean and stable working environment for painting operations.

1.  Enclosed & Isolated Structure:The booth is fully enclosed to effectively block external dust, debris, and pollutants, preventing surface contamination. Some booths utilize positive or negative air pressure to control airflow direction and avoid outside air infiltration.

Main gate parameters

The 3000 × 2550 (W*H) three-panel handcrafted metal door features 0.5mm color-coated sheet metal panels for both inner and outer surfaces, with protective films applied to minimize surface scratches. The door's interior is constructed with

1.2mm galvanized steel frames welded together, while 6mm cold-rolled steel plates are embedded in the hinge areas to prevent sagging. An 180 × 120mm aluminum profile with 15mm thickness and a robust hinge ensures structural integrity and a sleek appearance. The observation window incorporates an inner high-temperature rubber seal and 5mm tempered circular glass for safety. The door is filled with 120kg rock wool and bonded with door panels to ensure a smooth, even finish.

50mm purified rock wool board with 0.4mm thick iron sheets on both sides. The rock wool has a density of 100kg/m ³ . The galvanized folded roof panel is used, with a steel sheet thickness of 0.6 mm.

The galvanized steel enclosure features three layers of 30 × 5 steel grilles (18 pieces) and two layers of 1.8mm anti-slip plates, with a surface electrostatic coating. The load-bearing brackets are constructed by welding convex steel and C-shaped steel. Three glass fiber cotton support nets are installed beneath the grilles.

The entire system employs Foshan-brand energy-saving LED lighting, featuring 8 top-mounted units (4 × 16W each) with internal access for maintenance. The light boxes are constructed from 0.8mm galvanized sheet metal, electrostatically coated,

and tempered glass.

Two YDW series centrifugal fans with 3KW power each are adopted in Yancheng Hengkang, with total air volume of 20000m3/h and side upper air intake. The air velocity is 0.2m/s.

Heating system

The system employs halogen shortwave gold-plated infrared lamp tubes for radiant heating, featuring 20 sets of heating lamps (3 tubes per set, 1.0 kW each), with a total output of 30 kW.It  is designed  for dual-door external  installation.  The

power supply  uses 2.5mm ²

high-temperature cables and 50×60mm iron wire conduits.

electronic control system

The system employs Delixi Electric, a renowned domestic brand, with centralized control. All components including fans and lighting are independently controlled by circuit breakers, featuring dedicated switches for lighting, spray painting, and operational indicators. It provides temperature-controlled spray painting, baking temperature regulation, time setting, and emergency stop functions, with each pair of baking lamps operating as an independent unit. The fans are equipped with thermal overload protection devices. The mechanical housing features a 1.0mm-thick shell and incorporates a 15kW variable frequency drive for the

exhaust fan.

air cleaning system

The intake filter cotton is premium-grade, effectively filtering dust particles larger than 10 microns. The top HEPA filter cotton is CC-600G, a sub-high-efficiency filter that removes particles over 5 microns. Total Suspended Particles (TSP) level:

≤1.4mg/m³.

Materials for the cabinet and the installation method

The isolation box features: 1.0 galvanized steel plate with bending and welding, 110 main unit, 50*50 square tube frame, and single-layer electrostatic spraying of galvanized mask. The upper air inlet is also made of 1.0 galvanized steel plate with bending and welding, and electrostatic spraying.
