Product Description

The painting production line, also known as a coating line, is a specialized conveyor-based system used to apply protective or decorative coatings to metal and non-metal surfaces.

The painting line equipment is suitable for spray painting and powder coating of workpiece surfaces and is mainly used for batch coating operations. It forms a complete production line when integrated with pretreatment equipment, spray booths, drying ovens, and conveyor chains.

The painting production line effectively solves common problems associated with manual spraying operations, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, large manpower requirements, unstable coating quality, poor uniformity, and excessive paint waste. Based on preset parameters, this automated painting line can perform large-area spraying automatically, significantly reducing labor requirements while achieving high spraying efficiency.
