The Intelligent Steel Component Painting Line is a fully automated, smart spray-coating assembly line developed by our company specifically for steel structures. It offers high efficiency, superior coating quality, uniform thickness, material savings, and energy efficiency.

Utilizing an assembly-line workflow and advanced 3D scanning technology, the system intelligently identifies components and completes the painting process automatically without the need for programming. The reciprocating spray system occupies minimal space, and the exhaust treatment requires only a 10,000m³/h airflow, ensuring an odorless workshop and a cleaner, healthier, and more eco-friendly environment.

The "Spray-then-Bake" process allows components to be loaded for transport immediately after leaving the line, significantly shortening production cycles. The equipment requires only three operators who can be deployed after basic training, eliminating the need for highly skilled painters. It is a pioneering product in the light steel component painting industry.
