Constructed with a 100mm rockwool layer for minimal heat loss, a galvanized inner wall for heat resistance, and a durable color steel exterior for long-term durability.
Forced Air Circulation
An energy-efficient fan continuously circulates hot air within the chamber, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and stability. This results in a consistent, high-quality finish with even gloss and color.
Precise Process Control
A straightforward PLC controller manages the heating process with high precision, allowing accurate setting of temperature, timing, and fan operation. It also incorporates multiple safety features, including alarm indicators and emergency stop buttons.
Efficient Heating Performance
Equipped with electric heating tubes, the oven reaches the required temperature range of 180–250°C within 15–30 minutes and supplies clean air. Units can also be customized for gas, diesel, or LPG heating.
