Objective: To heat the powder coating on the workpiece surface to a specified temperature and maintain it for a set duration. This process ensures the powder melts, levels out, and cures, resulting in the desired surface finish.

Process Steps: Push the sprayed workpieces into the curing oven. Heat them to the predetermined temperature (typically 180°C) and hold for the required time (usually 15 minutes). Open the oven, remove the items, and allow them to cool to obtain the finished product.

Note: A Curing Oven consists of a heating and control system (supporting various methods such as electric, oil, gas, or coal) combined with an insulated chamber.
