When processing thick workpieces, appropriately reduce line speed and increase oven temperature to meet product quality.
Winter workshop temperature of 10℃ is used as the design temperature.
An automatic temperature control system is used to control and digitally display temperature.
Equipped with an independent centralized gas heating chamber, negative pressure circulation structure, featuring high heat exchange efficiency, easy cleaning.
Precautions:
1、Good Grounding: A ground wire is included.
2、Clean Air Source: All compressed air must be clean, dry, oil-free, and water-free. Preferably use air processed by a refrigerated dryer.
3、Prevent Powder Spitting: If powder spitting (i.e., inconsistent powder output) occurs, it is usually due to improper adjustment of transport air and mixing air. Increasing transport air increases powder output but can cause spitting; simultaneously increase mixing air slightly for uniform powder output.
4、Timely Powder Cleaning: After a period of use, blow clean the powder pump and spray gun with compressed air.
5、Correct Adjustment: The pressure regulating valve has a locking device: push to lock, pull to unlock. Adjust each valve knob to a suitable position (for satisfactory powder output). If pressure cannot be increased, check:
(1) Compressor air pressure is above 5kg/cm².
(2) Air lines for leaks.
(3) Solenoid valve malfunction.
(4) Pressure regulating valve normal.
A normal valve adjusts relatively easily. Do not use excessive force when turning counterclockwise to close or clockwise to maximum. If pressure cannot be increased, find the cause and fix the fault before use.
